Expereince the craggy beauty of the uniquely-shaped Dolmitess on this day trip from Venice. Visit the Cortina d'Ampezzo ski resort that will host the Olympics in 2026 and the Rifugio Auronzo ** (from mid-May to mid-October) which is at an altitude of 2333 meters.
During the winter it is possible to get on a snowmobile to take some photos up to 2333 meters above sea level. and then go back down by snowmobile or sled (total one-way journey approximately 7 km) - additional cost to pay in loco € 35,00
Hop aboard a comfortable and spacious minivan for the scenic drive from Venice. Stop at Cortina d'Ampezzo here you can capture pictures at this renowned winder and summer resort which hosted the 1956 Winter Olympics. Have some free time to go for a stroll in this charming town.
Head to Lake Braies where you can go for a walk around the lake or sit in one of the lakeside cafes and enjoy the magnificent view. Continue to the Refuge Auronzo for spectacular views of the peaks of Tre Cime di Lavaredo and valleys. Return to your meeting point in Venice at the end of your tour.
